We’re really proud of the way you all adapted to the global health crisis in the last few months of the last academic year.
Thanks for going online with us!
This year we’re dedicated to keeping your classes onsite, in person and hands-on starting September 21st. To do that successfully we all need to work together.
What does that mean? Some very important rules, some essential healthy habits and lots of community spirit.
Step one: please read through the attached new Hygiene Protocol - several times!
Step two: attend the Zoom meeting with Nat on Monday 14th September at 16:00 if you have any questions. He will go through the updated protocol, what it all means and why we will be enforcing it so strictly. Zoom link here.
Step three: memorise these very important points before you arrive:
If you are returning from a risk area (see a list of risk areas from the government here) we need to know. Please check-in with the Admin Team in the Kitchen on your first day of school with travel documentation that shows you entered Germany at least 14 days prior. If your travel into Germany was within 14 days, you will need to present a negative COVID 19 test from a valid health authority in order to attend classes.
You must wear a mask anytime you are not seated.
You must also wear a mask anytime that you cannot maintain 1.5 meters distance.
If you’re not feeling well, stay at home (but make sure you communicate this with Advisor or Supervisor).
You are responsible for reducing transmission so please consider the implications of the protocol even when you’re not onsite with us.
We want to stay open. In order to give us the best chance of doing so, it is vital that you follow the rules and habits of the protocol.
We’re all in this together!
