🎬 Catalyst: International Filmmaking Challenge, January 21-23, 2025Â
The Catalyst: International Film Challenge is back! A whirlwind test of your filmmaking skills and creativity, you'll join a dynamic community of filmmakers, celebrate storytelling and forge lasting connections, all while competing for PRO Accreditation at the renowned FEST Film Festival in Portugal.
/// How it works:
From Tuesday 21–Thursday 23 January, mixed teams of students will have 76 hours to write, shoot and edit their films all while making sure to include a series of unique identifiers, such as genre, line of dialogue, character and prop. This will culminate in a screening, audience voting and a wrap party 🥂

Open to all Catalyst students across all programmes. Roles are self-assigned within teams and can include actors, script writers, directors, DOPs, set designers, sound designers/composers, VFX artists and more. Teams will be assembled to ensure there’s a mix of key skills & experience in each.Â
