I hope the holidays are treated you well. I'm excited to share some details about a new free workshop series for Catalyst students this year known as Flourishing Fortnights which are now open to all students!
A Flourishing Fortnight is a two-week period full of 2.5hr workshops for students about Creative Psychology, Health, Wellbeing, and Collaboration. They will happen in January at the end of semester A and again at the end of semester B in May. We'll explore strategies for getting deeper into flow states, examine the nature of authenticity, dive into effective collaboration techniques, and so much more.
Each individual workshop will take a hands-on activity-based approach that will help you integrate modern scientific research on creativity into your own practice with a variety of experts and special guests from both inside and outside of Catalyst. It will also be a great opportunity to meet students from across all of the schools— a goal Catalyst students have been interested in for a long time.
All workshops are currently scheduled to take place in Colors Studio (past the kitchenette at the end of the hall on the 1st floor, through the emergency door, up one flight of stairs). You can learn more about each topic and their exact dates by clicking the signup link below. Spots will fill up fast so make sure to sign up ASAP!
(Note: You must be signed in with your Catalyst account to access the form)
Thanks so much for being a part of our creative learning community!
Cheers,
-Cordele
